~ FAQs ~

This page is kinda boring, but it answers some basics for you.

Q: What is this?
A: This is my blog, which I made to give updates to my friends and family back home. I do not plan what I write. I do not try to be interesting or clever. I just type. And add pictures sometimes.

Q: Why do you write this?
A: It makes me feel like I exist. I know most of my family and 'friends' don't read it. But it's here in case they get the sudden need to remember me.

Q: Where are you?
A: South Korea

Q: Who are you?
A: If only I knew...then I probably wouldn't have moved across the world by myself at 22.

Q: What are you teaching?
A: ENGLISH. The language. Not the literature. Or the race.

Q: What grade are you teaching?
A: Middle School. All grades. In Korea, that means grades 7, 8, and 9.

Q: Do you like Korea so far?
A: It's different. I can't say I like or dislike it any more than my State of origin.

Q: Are you homesick?
A: Nope. Sometimes I feel like I should be, but then I think, "If I were home, what would I be doing?" Then I feel better.

Q: Why did you go to Korea?
A: Teaching experience, money, and to avoid working a minimum-wage job. Also, America is boring.

Q: Is Korea different from America?
A: Uh, yes. But I'd say the differences from country life to city life were far more shocking than the differences between America and Korea.

Q: Are there other Americans there?
A: Yes. But I have to make an effort to meet them. I tend to hang with Koreans.

Q: Do you have a Korean phone number?
A: Yes. Facebook me.

Q: I want your address.
A: E-mail me! Or, if you don't know my email, just leave a response to any post with your email in it. :D

Q: Can I send you something?
A: It's really expensive, so don't bother. Just send me a letter with a picture of a taco or something.

Q: What's with the taco obsession?
A: Don't judge me. It's not like I'm addicted to crack.

Q: I don't understand some of the things you say in your blog.
A: I know. Sorry.

Q: When are you coming back?
A: I dunno. o.O
